• King: 200 cm x 230 cm ( 79 inch x 90 inch ).

Production

• Type: Handmade Item and Made To Order. All of our quilts are constructed in a pet-free and smoke-free environment.
• Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 5 – 7 business day.

Shipping

• Shipping method: Standard Shipping ( Free Shipping ).
• Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7 – 10 business days. Our shipping methods being currently available is STANDARD SHIPPING (USPS, EMS or FEDEX).

After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 12 and 21 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Change or cancel order

We only allow order modification within 24 hours since the payment.

Return and exchange

If something that you have purchased is wrong sizes, wrong products; incorrectly described; doesnt do what we said it would; you can return for a full refund or exchange.

Return policy

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we gladly offer 30 days return policy starting the day you receive your order. Please note that the following rules must apply for the product(s) that you would like to return:

• Provide us with your proof of purchase
• Item must be in original condition (including packaging)
• Using Gift cards are not eligible for a refund or exchange
• Please note that all required pictures must be sent. Otherwise, we cannot provide return/replacement items.

You can provide us required pictures as below:

• Picture of shipping label
• Picture of product SKU
• Picture of the product and the error you found out (material flawed, different design, different size)
